Dawson Community College athletic Director Joyce Ayre has announced DCC Rodeo Coach Rod Paschke has been elected by his peers to be the new Big Sky Regional Faculty Director. Northwest College head rodeo coach Del Nose had been the Big Sky Regional Faculty Director for the past 6 years, but Paschke will replace him as director when the new college Rodeo season begins.
Dianna Houle played fast-pitch softball for the Lady Buc's from 2005-2007.
She is currently playing for the Silver MTN Thunder, a women's fast-pitch league in Calgary.
Her team is one of eight competing in the 2010 Senior Women's Canadian Fast-pitch Championship tournament to be held at Peter Hallman Ball Yard Kitchener, Ontario August 11 - 15.
Dawson Community College Buccaneers baseball coach Brent Diegel is pleased to announce that Austin Sheppick has signed a national letter of intent for the upcoming 2010-2011 season. From West Jordan, Utah, Sheppick stands 6-5 and weighs in at 185 pounds. This season, Sheppick pitched and played first base for the Grizzlies of Copper Hills High School. The lefty batted .381 and posted an OBP of .465, logging 7 extra base hits, scoring nine times and driving in 10 runs in just 42 at bats.

LeProwse brings with him more than 15 years of coaching experience in softball, baseball, football and track. The Division I All-Region Softball Team was recently announced, and Jenna Will of Dawson Community College was voted onto the second team. Congratulations to Jenna on a great year and congratulations to the women's team on another successful season.
Registration is under way at Dawson Community College for Basketball Skills Camps and Volleyball Camps to be held on campus in Toepke Center.
The camps for boys and girls have an excellent staff and an affordable price. Coaches from the Dawson Community College Athletic programs as well as DCC players from the Buccaneer teams will instruct the participants.
